Q: Where can I sign up for the Food as Medicine course if I do not want to take it for Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Continuing Education (CE) credit?
OME’s Food as Medicine curriculum is available to users such as medical, physician's assistant/associate, and nursing students, as well as medical residents who are not eligible for Continuing Education credit. Please visit our main website at OnlineMedEd.org to access the non-CE version of our course.
You can access the non-CE courses by clicking on the “OnlineMedEd.org” link at the top of your OnlineMedEdPro dashboard, which will take you to OME’s main website. From there, you can navigate to the non-CE version of Food as Medicine by clicking on the “Nutrition” tab.
Conversely, if you are looking for the CME/CE version of the Food as Medicine curriculum from the OnlineMedEd.org website, visit the Nutrition page, accessible at the middle of the menu bar at the top of the page. Once you are on the Nutrition page, you can find the CE course by clicking on the “Enroll Now” button to the right of Dr. Cat, asking “Are you a medical professional seeking CME/CE credit for Food as Medicine?”
